New Work by Christopher Bettig

I love this new work by Christopher Bettig. The contrast of colors and patterns set against wooden backdrops don’t necessarily remind me of travel, time or space as his show is titled but they sure are lovely.

Travels In Time And Space features new mixed media pieces and letterpress prints by Christopher Bettig. The works are influenced by such things as Kubrick’s “2001 A Space Odyssey” and the band Spiritualized’s album “Ladies And Gentleman We Are Floating In Space”. These new works are a progression of Chris’ work into more abstract/conceptual subject matter and are visual representations of his ideas of space and time. Travel in Time and Space is going on now at Ghetto Gloss in LA.
