Non Sign II, the latest large-scale public installation from Lead Pencil Collective, is a non-billboard on the boarder of Washington and Canada. The pervasive presence of billboards in the area prompted the artists to create a skeleton structure where a blank negative space replaces the presence of an advertisement. A resting spot for the mind.
